Complaints and Appeals Policy

The Editorial Committee is responsible for reviewing complaints and appeals, which will be addressed following the guidelines and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). 

To submit a complaint or appeal, please write to us at pasajes@uv.es. The message should be addressed to the Editorial Committee and include "complaint," "request," or "observation" as the subject, depending on the case. The Editorial Committee will respond via email within a maximum of ten business days.
